Abstract: PIK-93 inhibits of replication of enterovirus including polio and hepatitis C. PIK93 is a potent, selective, ATP competitive and reversible inhibitor of PI3K? and PI4KIIIЯ (IC50 = 16 nM and 19 nM, respectively). Also PIK93 moderately inhibits other members of the family including p110d, PI 3-KC2Я, hsVPS34, ATM, p110Я and PI 4-KIIIa (IC50 = 0.120, 0.140, 0.320, 0.490, 0.590 and 1.1 µM, respectively).
